ਟ੍ਰਿਬਿਊਨ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਸਰਵਿਸਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 9 ਜੁਲਾਈਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਏ ਮੀਂਹ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ 23 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ 322.2 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਮੀਂਹ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ੲਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ 18 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2000 ਨੂੰ 262 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ। ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਘਨ ਪਿਆ।#TrafficAlert:-The general public is being informed that due to rain there is water logging issue at1. khudda Lahora T-Point near School/Gurudwara and the road coming from Mullanpur Barrier towards 66KV light point has been closed and traffic is being diverted from this point. pic.twitter.com/b2VF8vamaP— Chandigarh Traffic Police (@trafficchd) July 9, 2023 #TrafficAlertThe general public is being informed that a tree has fallen at1.
